We do ask that you check your addresses carefully. We cannot extend our guarantee to incorrectly addressed orders.
If your items are damaged during shipment, please email photos of the damaged items and, if possible, photos of the damaged box, to email@example.com. If the items that you receive are defective, please return the items to us by requesting a return label via firstname.lastname@example.org .
