Pure Maple Sugar -Granulated

Pure Maple Sugar is made with only pure maple syrup.  The process is an extra step of boiling most of the water out of the pure maple syrup to get the result of granulated maple sugar.  All the flavor and nutrients are still there.  Pure Maple Sugar is great to use for a substitute white granulated sugar and brown sugar.  It has the texture similar to brown sugar and can be packed like brown sugar.  

We use it as an equal substitute for white sugar: such as, 1 cup maple sugar for 1 cup white sugar.
